Unlocking the Pain in Your Neck
A 4-Part Movement Series
Your neck doesn’t have an easy job. It supports the weight of a bowling ball balanced on top of a very long lever called the spine. Many factors can impact the healthy function of your neck, such as poor posture, eyesight, whiplash, overuse, lack of skeletal support, challenging children 😊 (stress), etc. Sometimes the cure is as easy as new prescription eyewear, but often it’s an accumulation of habits we’ve come to acquire.
This four-part series will explore finding greater comfort, ease, support, and connection. You’ll discover how the neck is connected to the arms, shoulders, thoracic spine, and pelvis. All these parts must work collectively to avoid developing problem areas where sheering or compressive forces begin to poke at your neck!
You will learn concrete movement principles to address your neck discomfort. These will include concepts such as:
The carriage of the head serves to tonify the body
Support- your muscular tension is dependent on the specificity of support from the surface.
Skeleton affords the ideal path for action
Evenly distributed muscular tone
Through the four lessons, you will understand how to produce efficient movement free of parasitic muscular contraction. You will discover more support, stability, and ease in your neck movements and the rest of your body. The lessons will demonstrate that there is no limit to learning or refinement. They are simply a launching board for self-directed learning, as these principles can be applied to your daily activities and sports.

Freeing the Shoulders & Arms
A 4-Part Movement Series
Stiff, elevated, tired, painful, hypermobile, sloped, and rounded. These are just a few descriptions people use to describe their shoulders. The good news is these challenges are often caused by learned habits, which means by learning better movement strategies, you can develop shoulders that feel lighter, more graceful, and fluid.
This series will create a rich learning environment to cultivate a better sense of kinesthetic awareness, support, and anatomical knowledge allowing you to relieve your overused shoulder muscles. Whether your shoulders feel great or you feel constant daily tension, this four-week series will leave you with a fundamental understanding of shoulder movement. You'll realize untapped power, coordination, and agility, fostering a profound sense of ease and freedom within the arms and shoulders.
Participants will understand:
The benefits of integrating movements of the spine, clavicle, scapula, and arms.
The basics of anatomy to understand shoulder joint movement.
How to leverage the scapula to reduce muscular tone.
The wisdom in creating a base of support for the shoulders to rest.
Discover the four critical joints for healthy shoulder movement.
How to distribute effort through the whole of yourself, relieving the undue burden on your shoulders.

Training for Core Intelligence
A 6-Week Live Online Training Program to Develop Your Potent, Powerful and Resilient Body
Being a product of the early core strength movement of the 1990s, I admit I didn’t just drink, but I gulped the cool-aid. I trained and trained my core so tight it would regularly spasm during workouts leaving me curled up in the fetal position. Can you relate?
To make matters worse, despite all this training, I still ended up with back injuries. And here I thought having a strong core meant I was protecting my back. So what gives?
It turns out that training the core has little to do with real-world movement. Most core exercise focuses on endurance, whereas real-world sports performance demands power and explosive core stability. In other words, holding a two-minute plank has little to do with actual performance. In addition, too much rigidity in the spine can cause sheering forces that degrade the vertebrae, even in simple movements like walking.
Instead, sports performance and injury prevention have everything to do with coordination, agility, being able to adapt to a changing environment, and being able to leverage power through your skeleton. When you think about the highest level athletes, the ones that make you pause in ah, these athletes are generally not the ones with the greatest strength, but the ones that are the most adaptable. These athletes can meet the demands of the pitch or court and have the body awareness and vision to adjust to the changing environment.
This six week live online course will teach you the body awareness to develop higher core intelligence. This course is for those who really want to acquire a higher degree of movement proficiency and are willing to put in the work.
You will gain the knowledge to:
Improve performance, power, and PR’s solely by finding better skeletal organization
Identify more efficient paths of movement saving valuable energy for peak performance
Identify habitual movement patterns contributing to nagging injuries
Become your own self expert- Learn the secrets to analyze your movement
Learn how to become truly efficient in movement by distributing the tone through the whole of your body.
Learn why the skeleton affords the ideal path for action
Develop movement complexity- variation is key for learning and adapting to novel conditions.
I’m packaging a decade of experience working as a Structural Medicine Specialist and 30 years of athletic training. I’ve worked with hard-charging weekend warriors to Olympic level athletes who have benefited from the movement principles I’ve distilled through decades of testing and refinement.
In this 6-week online training program you’ll receive
